Residential purchase & remortgage
£299 to £499
Our standard fee covers the majority of residential cases, including first-time buyer purchases, home movers, and straightforward remortgages to a new rate or lender.

Complex finance
1% of loan
More specialist cases require greater expertise, deeper lender research, and more active negotiation on your behalf. This fee structure applies to commercial mortgages, limited company buy to let, and bridging finance.

When is the fee due?

Your exact fee will always be confirmed in writing before any work begins. For complex cases, we'll discuss the fee structure during your initial consultation and agree the amount based on the specific nature of your borrowing.

We may also receive a procuration fee (commission) from the lender once your mortgage completes. We will tell you the amount before you proceed.
