Please note the Office of the Public Guardian charges an additional £92 registration fee per person, per document. Reduced fees or exemptions may apply depending on financial circumstances.
If payment requested by the Office of the Public Guardian is not made and applications are returned unpaid, an administration charge of £75 per application may apply for resubmission.
